Quevolent ("the App") is operated by Dufour Enterprises LLC, a company based in Florida, United States. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle information when you use our App.

Quevolent does not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number in order to use the App.
If you choose to subscribe to Quevolent Pro through an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not directly collect or store your payment details (such as credit card numbers).
We use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management platform, to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat may receive the following information from Apple or Google in connection with your purchase:

Quevolent does not currently use any analytics, crash reporting, or tracking tools. We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or usage analytics within the App.
Please note that Apple and Google may independently collect certain information related to app downloads, usage, and diagnostics as described in their respective privacy policies. This data collection is managed by Apple and Google, not by us.

Since Quevolent does not collect personal information directly, there is minimal data to retain. Subscription-related information managed by RevenueCat is retained in accordance with RevenueCat's data retention policies. Purchase records held by Apple or Google are subject to their respective retention policies.
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the information associated with the App. All communication between the App and our third-party services occurs over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Quevolent is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@quevolent.com.
Quevolent does not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. We do not track your behavior within the App, and we do not serve targeted advertisements.
If we introduce analytics or diagnostic tools in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly and notify users through the App or on our website prior to any such changes taking effect.

As Quevolent does not collect personal information beyond what is described in this policy, and does not sell personal information, these rights are largely already satisfied.
